Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu ve měste Hodonín. Jedná se o samostatně stojící objekt obdélníkového tvaru se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V podzemním podlaží se nachází garáže s osmi parkovacími místy a technickým vybavením. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází část technického vybavení a to: kočárkárna a sušárna a dvě bytové jednotky. V nadzemních podlažích je dohromady 10 bytových jednotek. Druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží je téměř totožné. Ve čtvrtém podlaží se nachází dvě residenční bytové jednotky s terasou. Střecha nad čtvrtým podlažím je navržena jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Základová konstrukce a suterénní zdi jsou navrženy z vodostavebního betonu. Svislé stěny v nadzemních podlažích jsou navrženy z keramického zdiva. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vstup do objektu je z jižní strany pozemku. Na pozemku se nachází jak pochozí plochy, tak i příjezdová cesta do garáží a další tři parkovací místa na pozemku před vstupem do objektu. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for an apartment building in city of Hodonín. It is an alone standing rectangular four floor building with one underground floor. In the basement are located garages with eight parking places and one technical room. On the first floor there is a part of technical facilities: room for bicycles, drying room and two apartments. There are a total of ten apartments on the upper floors. The second and third floors are almost identical. On the fourth floor there are two apartments with a terrace. The roof on the fourth floor is designed as a single skin flat roof. The basic structure and basement walls are designed from waterproof concrete. The vertical walls on the upper floors are designed from ceramic masonry. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. The entrance to the building is from the south side of the plot. There is a walking area on the plot, as well as an access road to the garages and three other parking places before entering of object.
