Stavební objekt se nachází v katastrálním území obce Zborovice [791679]. Jedná se o rohovou parcelu s parcelním číslem 1035 a výměrou 1764m2. Bytový dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící, třípodlažní, podsklepená stavba se sedlovou střechou. Nachází se zde celkem osm bytových jednotek, z nichž jedna je určena pro osoby se sníženou schopností pohybu. Fasáda objektu je částečně řešena jako provětrávaná fasáda s vláknocementovým obkladem v barvě – khaki hnědá. Zbytek fasády je tvořen bílou barvou. Obvodové zdivo je z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena železobetonovou deskou. Obvodový plášť je zateplen pomocí desek z čedičové minerální vlny
The building is located in the cadastral area of the village Zborovice [791679]. It is a corner plot with parcel number 1035 and an area of 1764 square meters. Apartment building is designed as stand-alone house with three floors, basement and with gable roof. It contains eight housing units, form which one is for person with reduced mobility. The facade of the building is partly designed as a ventilated facade with fiber-cement cladding in color - khaki brown. The rest of the facade is white. Perimeter masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The exterior skin is insulated with basalt mineral wool boards.
