Práce se zabývá hledáním nových možností likvidace odpadních vod. Teoretická část zahrnuje dnes známé postupy pro vypouštění vyčištěných odpadních vod do vod povrchových nebo podzemních, stejně jako vyvážení odpadní vody po předchozí akumulaci. Dále je v teoretické části shrnuta legislativa České republiky týkající se likvidace odpadních vod. Část měření se zabývá novou potenciální možností, jímkou s předřazenou úpravou vody. Pokud je úprava prováděna na principu přírodní čistírny odpadních vod, lze snížit objem vody evapotranspirací. Proto je cílem práce stanovení reálné evapotranspirace vertikálního filtru, nalezení metodiky návrhu vertikálního filtru pro dosažení optimální evapotranspirace a vhodné technologické uspořádání. Dalším cílem je na základě dlouhodobých záznamů teploty vzduchu dostupných z databáze Českého hydrometeorologického ústavu. Průměrná denní evapotranspirace naměřená na laboratorním modelu dosáhla v září 2021 hodnoty 4,5 mm/den. V březnu 2022 dosáhla téměř 2 mm/den. Rovnice pro stanovení potenciální evapotranspirace aplikované ve výpočtové části práce dosáhly největší shody 67,5 % s evapotranspirací naměřenou na laboratorním modelu, a proto budou dále rozvíjeny s cílem dosažení mnohem vyšší spolehlivosti výpočtu. The work aims to find new ways to dispose of wastewater. The theoretical part covers the currently known procedures for the discharge of treated wastewater into surface or groundwater, as well as the balancing of wastewater after previous accumulation. Furthermore, the theoretical part summarises the legislation of the Czech Republic concerning wastewater disposal. The measurement part deals with a new potential option, a sump with upstream water treatment. If the treatment is carried out on the principle of natural wastewater treatment, the volume of water can be reduced by evapotranspiration. Therefore, the aim of this work is to determine the realistic evapotranspiration of a vertical filter, to find a design methodology for a vertical filter to achieve optimal evapotranspiration and a suitable technological arrangement. Another objective is to use long-term air temperature records available from the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute database. The average daily evapotranspiration measured on the laboratory model reached a value of 4.5 mm/day in September 2021. In March 2022 it reached almost 2 mm/day. The equations for determining the potential evapotranspiration applied in the calculation part of the work achieved the highest agreement of 67.5% with the evapotranspiration measured on the laboratory model and will therefore be further developed to achieve much higher reliability of the calculation.
