Tato diplomová práce popisuje vliv prací provedených na rodinném domě a srovnání tohoto vlivu na jeho tržní hodnotu. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy z odborné literatury a legislativy. Vybrán byl dům ve městě Uherský Brod ve stavu před rekonstrukcí. V praktické části byly vypočítány obvyklé ceny před rekonstrukcí. Byla navržena rekonstrukce domu a vypočítány náklady na stavební práce agregovaným rozpočtem. Pomocí databáze nemovitostí byla stanovena obvyklá cena obdobných nemovitostí po rekonstrukci. This diploma thesis describes the impact of work performed on a family house and a comparison of this impact on its market value. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of literature and legislation. The house in the town of Uherský Brod in the condition before reconstruction was chosen. In the practical part, the usual prices before the reconstruction were calculated. The reconstruction of the house was proposed and the construction costs were calculated by an aggregated budget. The usual price of similar properties after reconstruction was determined using the real estate database.
