Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studií materiálových toků ve skladovém hospodářství vybraného internetového obchodu. Ve své práci se zaměřuji především na logistickou koncepci skladu a následnou analýzu současného stavu materiálových toků s ní souvisejících. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navřena zlepšení, která povedou k úspoře času na přípravu objednávky a ke spokojenosti zákazníka. This bachelor thesis deals with the study of material flows in the warehouse management of a selected online store. In my thesis I focus mainly on the logistic concept of the warehouse and the subsequent analysis of the current state of the material flows related to it. Based on the results of the analysis, improvements are suggested that will lead to savings in order preparation time and customer satisfaction.
