Předmětem diplomové práce bylo vypracování architektonické studie a návrh nového využití historických objektů v areálu Porta Coeli v Předklášteří u Tišnova. Studie řeší hlavní objekt sýpky, kde je navrženo nové krátkodobé ubytování, wellness pro hosty hotelu, jídelna a kavárna s posezením i pro veřejnost. Také se zde v zadní části objektu nachází pronajímatelný salónek. Nově navržený hotel respektuje historický význam budovy. V interiéru jsou ponechány dřevěné sloupy a na fasádě po celém obvodu budovy kamenné šambrány. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou významnou dominantou klenby. Druhou budovou, která je také součástí návrhu je budova bývalého ovčína. Zde se nachází multifunkční pronajímatelný sál, který se může využít pro uspořádání různých oslav či svateb. Uvnitř objektu je navržena přípravna občerstvení, zázemí a bar pro personál, dále kanceláře, technické místnosti a sklady. Pro veřejnost jsou přístupné toalety, šatna a samostatný sál s vnitřním pódiem pro konání společenských událostí. Ve druhém podlaží tohoto objektu je možnost posezení s výhledem právě na pódium. V budově jsou ponechány původní dřevěné krovy a velkou dominantu mají dřevěná vrata s kamenným ostěním, které dodávají budově historický vzhled. Součástí návrhu bylo také řešení venkovních úprav, nové kapacity pro parkování, zpevněné plochy a využití vodního toku v blízkosti budovy ovčína. Svými funkcemi spolu obě budovy blízce souvisí avšak výškové úrovně jsou zde velmi odlišné. Návaznost je proto propojena venkovními schodišti, pobytovými schody a rampami pro snadný přístup veřejnosti. The subject of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of an architectural study and the design of a new use of historical buildings in the Porta Coeli complex in Předklášteří near Tišnov. The study addresses the main building of the granary, where new short-term accommodation, wellness for hotel guests, a dining room and a café with seating for the public are designed. There is also a rentable lounge at the back of the building. The newly designed hotel respects the historical significance of the building. Wooden columns are left in the interior and stone chambers on the façade around the entire perimeter of the building. The vaults are a significant feature of the first floor. The second building, which is also part of the design, is the former sheepfold building. Here is a multifunctional rentable hall that can be used for various celebrations or weddings. Inside the building, there is a snack bar, facilities and a bar for staff, offices, technical rooms and warehouses are designed. Toilets, a cloakroom and a separate hall with an inner podium for social events are open to the public. On the second floor of this building is a possibility of sitting with a view of the podium. The original wooden trusses are left in the building and a large feature is the wooden gate with stone lining, which gives the building a historic look. The design also includes solutions for exterior landscaping, new parking capacities, paved areas and the use of a watercourse near the sheepfold building. The two buildings are closely related in their functions, but the height levels are very different here. The connection is therefore connected by outdoor stairs, residential stairs and ramps for easy public access.
