Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou mazacího filmu v kontaktech simulovaného axiálního kuličkového ložiska mazaného plastickým mazivem a srovnání tloušťky tohoto filmu s výsledky z jednokontaktního simulátoru typu ball-on-disc. Dle současného stavu poznání jsou tyto simulátory nejpoužívanějším typem aparatury pro popis chování maziva v EHD kontaktu. Zanedbávají však některé faktory působící v reálném ložisku, jako je přítomnost klece, spin a počet valivých elementů nebo geometrie kontaktní oblasti. Je tedy zapotřebí stanovit míru korespondence těchto výsledků s chováním maziva v ložisku. Za tímto účelem jsou provedena měření na unikátní aparatuře simulovaného axiálního ložiska. Efekt jednotlivých faktorů na tloušťku filmu je vyhodnocen pomocí metody Factorial design. Je zjištěna velká odlišnost výsledků získaných na jednotlivých simulátorech, a to zejména v oblasti tendence kontaktů ke hladovění. Z výsledků vyplývá nutnost orientace výzkumu v oblasti mazání ložisek na podmínky co nejbližší reálnému ložisku. This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of lubrication film in contacts of simulated thrust ball bearing lubricated by greases and comparison of the film thickness between this apparatus and ball-on-disc. According to the literature, ball-on-disc is the most used apparatus for studies of EHL. But these devices neglect some important factors acting in real bearing such as presence of cage, number of rolling elements, their spin or a type of contact geometry. Therefore it is necessary to investigate comparability of these approaches. For this purpose, measurements on unique apparatus of simulated thrust ball bearing are performed. The effect of each factor is evaluated employing Factorial design method. Significant differences are discovered between results, primarily in tendency of contacts to starvation. According to these results, it is necessary to focus the research in the field of bearing lubrication on conditions closer to real bearings.
