Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom tepelných výmenníkov pre ohrev surovej ropy. V prvej časti je spracovaný teoretický základ prenosu tepla, vlastností tepelných výmenníkov a vlastností ropy. V druhej časti je vypracovaný návrh dvoch tepelných výmenníkov. V prvom variante bola v trubkách umiestnená ropa a na strane plášťa bola umiestnená para. Pre druhý variant bolo umiestnenie médií vymenené. Návrhová časť pozostáva z návrhu geometrie trubiek, plášťa a prepážok. Ďalej bol prevedený tepelný a hydraulický výpočet. V závere boli navrhnuté varianty porovnané a bolo vybrané výhodnejšie prevedenie. This diploma thesis deals with the design of heat exchangers for crude oil heating. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of heat transfer, heat exchanger properties and oil properties. In the second part, a design of two heat exchangers was developed. In the first variant, oil was placed in the pipes and steam was placed on the shell side. For the second variant, the media placement has been swapped. The design part consists of the design of the geometry of the tubes, the shell, and the baffles. Furthermore, thermal, and hydraulic calculations were performed. At the end, the proposed variants were compared, and a more advantageous design was selected.
