Hlavním úkolem této bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat možnost použití ultrazvukové sonikace ke zvýšení efektivity transformace u lnu setého. Další části práce se věnovaly optimalizaci povrchové sterilizace semen a testů rezistence hypokotylových segmentů a děložních lístků lnu k antibiotiku kanamycin. The main goal of this bachalor thesis was to explore the possibility to use an ultrasound sonication as a way to increase the transformation efficiency of flax. Another part of this thesis is devoted to the searching for the seed sterilization method and finding an optimal concentration of kanamycin antibiotic useful for the selection of transformed plants.
