Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou návrhu řízení nákupní funkce v obchodní organizaci ve vazbě na řízení zásob zkoumané společnosti. První část práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu společnosti Eprin s.r.o. a jejích skladových zásob s teoretickými podklady pro analýzu. Druhá část obsahuje návrh zefektivnění nákupního procesu společnosti prostřednictvím optimalizaci řízení zásob. The diploma thesis discusses the design of purchasing function management in a business organization in relation to inventory management. The first part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the current state of the company Eprin s.r.o. and its inventory, along with the theoretical framework used for the analysis. The second part presents a design for optimizing the company’s purchasing process by improving the company’s inventory management.
