Diplomová práca je zameraná na hodnotenie výkonnosti vybraného podniku pôsobiaceho v oblasti spracovania liečivých rastlín a prírodných látok za obdobie rokov 2015 – 2020. Pri hodnotení sú použité nástroje finančnej analýzy. Výpočet a výsledky sú realizované a zobrazené pomocou softvéru Maple. Vybrané ukazovatele podniku sú porovnané s priemerom odvetvia. V práci je spracovaná analýza PESTLE a Porterov model. Uskutočnené analýzy sú využité pri návrhu na zlepšenie výkonnosti podniku a náčrte parametrov pre implementáciu metódy Balanced Scorecard, ktoré by mali byť podporným nástrojom pre zabezpečenie udržateľného rozvoja podniku.
Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of a selected company operating in the field of processing medicinal plants and natural substances for the period 2015 - 2020. The tools of financial analysis are used in the evaluation. The calculation and results are realized and displayed using Maple software. Selected company indicators are compared with the industry average. The analysis of PESTLE and Porter's model is processed in the work. The performed analyzes are used in the design to improve the company's performance and outline the parameters for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method, which should be a supporting tool for ensuring the sustainable development of the company.
