Práce předkládá návrh výroby základního tělesa pantu. Společně s tvarovou podložkou tvoří sestavu, kterou lze využít například u poštovní schránky nebo u rozvaděčů. Součást je vyráběna z oceli DC01–A–m o tloušťce 3 mm a roční výrobní dávce 10 000 ks. Díl je povrchově upraven galvanickým zinkem. Po zvážení možných technologií výroby byla vybrána výroba v postupovém střižném nástroji. Výrobní postup byl navržen tak, že se pant bude vyrábět z ocelových plechů nastřihaných na pásy. Na základě výpočtů byl pak zvolen vhodný nástřihový plán a vypočtena potřebná lisovací síla a práce. Pro výrobu byl vybrán lis LEN 63 C od výrobce ŠMERAL Trnava. Součástí práce je i konstrukční návrh postupového nástroje, který byl podložen potřebnými výpočty. Samotný nástroj byl navržen převážně z normalizovaných součástí. Bylo provedeno i ekonomické vyhodnocení návrhu. V něm bylo stanoveno potřebné množství materiálu na výrobní dávku a prodejní cena základního tělesa pantu, která činí 11,9 Kč/ks. The thesis presents a proposal for manufacturing a basic hinge body. Together with the base, it forms an assembly that can be used, for example, in letter boxes or switchboards. The component is made of 3 mm DC01-A-m steel and has an annual production run of 10,000 pieces. The part has a galvanic zinc surface treatment. After considering possible production technologies, production in a progressive shear tool was chosen. The production process was designed to produce the hinge from steel sheets cut into strips. Based on the calculations, a suitable cutting plan was then chosen and the necessary pressing force and labour was calculated. The LEN 63 C press from the manufacturer ŠMERAL Trnava was chosen for the production. The thesis also includes designing the progressive tool, which was based on the necessary calculations. The tool itself was designed mainly from standardized parts. An economic evaluation of the design was also made. It determined the required quantity of material per production batch and the selling price of the basic hinge body, which is CZK 11.9 per piece.
