Cílem této práce bylo shromáždit informace o bakterii Thiobacillus denitrificans. Byly testovány různé metody kultivace a oveřovány specifické proby. The aim of this work was to gather the information about bacteria Thiobacillus denitrificans. Various metods of cultivation were tested and specific probes were verified.
