Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem elektromagnetických polí využívaných pro přesné směrování léčiv z hlediska numerických simulací. Tato oblast je z mnoha hledisek velmi zajímavá. Využití numerických simulací je v současnosti velmi atraktivní, avšak ne příliš používané řešení. V této bakalářské práci je vytvořen numerický model, pomocí kterého je možné modelovat zkoumané jevy. Dále byl v této práci analyzován vliv vzdálenosti zdroje magnetického pole na efektivitě směrování nosičů léčiv. Využití simulací dané problematiky může pomoci zefektivnit a urychlit uplatňování uvedených metod v praktických aplikacích. The present bachelor thesis deals with the study of electromagnetic fields used for precise drug targeting from the point of view of numerical simulations. This area is very interesting from different points of view. The use of numerical simulations is currently a very attractive, but not widely used solution. In this bachelor thesis, a numerical model is developed to model the phenomena under investigation. Furthermore, the effect of the proximity of the magnetic field source on the targeting efficiency of drug carriers was analyzed in this thesis. The use of simulations of the presented issue can help to streamline and accelerate the application of the stated methods in practical applications.
