Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou travních porostů, jejich rozdělením, obhospodařováním, ošetřením a výživou. Dále se zabývá výběrem druhů pro zakládání květnatých luk a pastevními směsmi. Stěžejním úkolem této práce je problematika jitrocele kopinatého (Plantago lanceolata L.) jeho ekologie a zapojení v různých porostových typech. Soupisem druhů rodu Plantago a geografickým rozšířením tohoto rodu. Samostatná kapitola se věnuje popisu kořene, listu, stonku, plodu a květu jitrocele kopinatého a způsobem jeho opylení. V další části práce je popsána fenologie, a agrotechnická opatření pro pěstování jitrocele jeho sběr a sušení, dále pak kvalita píce a nutriční složení druhů jitrocelů. V následujících částech práce jsou popsány choroby a škůdci jitrocele. Poslední kapitola popisuje léčivé látky a využití jitrocele ve farmacii. Ve druhé části práce jsou pro dokreslení poznatků o výskytu Plantago lanceolata doplněny výsledky vlastního pozorování (tabulky a grafy) znázorňující zapojení P. lanceolata v různých typech travních porostů. V tabulkách a grafech je znázorněno druhové složení trav, bylin, jetelovin a jitrocele kopinatého v různých typech travních porostů a na různých lokalitách, s odlišným režimem využívání porostů (kosená, ponechaná ladem a spásaná). This thesis deals with the grasslands, their characterisation, management, treatment and nutrition. Also deals with the selection of species for the establishment of meadows and pastures mixtures. The main task of this work is the ecology of ribwort (Plantago lanceolata L.) and its coverage in various vegetation types. Inventory of species of the genus Plantago and geographic distribution of this genus. A separate chapter is devoted to the description of root, leaf, stem, fruit and flower ribwort and manner of pollination. The next section describes the phenology, and agricultural measures for the cultivation of the plantain harvest and drying, as well as forage quality and nutrient composition of the species of plantain. The following section describes plantain pests and diseases. The last chapter describes the use of medicinal substances and plantain in pharmacy. In the second part is to illustrate the knowledge of the occurrence of Plantago lanceolata added his own observation results (tables and graphs) showing the coverage of P. lanceolata in different types of grassland. The tables and graphs shown in the species composition of grasses, herbs, legumes and ribwort in different types of grassland and at different locations, with different way of exploitation using vegetation (mowing, fallowing and grazing).
