Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou technologie kontroly těsnosti tepelných výměníků ve vybrané průmyslové společnosti, na jejímž základě jsou následně identifikovány, vyselektovány a vytvořeny konkrétní zlepšovací návrhy s potenciálem na zvýšení spolehlivosti této provozované technologie. Tato analýza je realizována prostřednictvím konzultací a schůzek se zaměstnanci dané společnosti a také s pomocí poskytnutých dat a informací. Na základě této analýzy, rešerše odborného pozadí technologie a metodologie DMAIC jsou navrženy konkrétní úpravy s potenciálem na zlepšení provozované technologie a je odhadnuta výše investice k jejich realizaci. This master thesis deals with the analysis of the leakage checking technology of heat exchangers in a selected industrial company. According to this analysis the specific improvement proposals with the potential to increase the reliability of this technology are identified, selected and created. This analysis is carried out through consultations and meetings with the employees of the company and also with the help of the provided data and information. On the basis of this analysis, the technical background research of the leak testing technology and the DMAIC methodology, specific modifications with the potential to improve the operated technology are proposed and the amount of investment to implement them is estimated.
