Jelikož má příprava nabídky automatizovaného řešení skladu vymezené zdroje, časový termín a definovaný rozsah, lze její charakter vnímat jako projekt a průběh tedy efektivně řídit pravidly projektového managementu. Diplomová práce se v první části věnuje teoretickému základu dané problematiky, v druhé části řeší aktuální situaci v korporátním i lokálním prostředí vybrané společnosti a ve třetí rozebírá současný stav řízení daného typu projektů. Na základě detailního popisu procesu, následně identifikovaných problémů a zjištěných souvislostí za pomoci diagramu “rybí kost“ byly grafickým nástrojem analýzy silových polí stanoveny oblasti a konkrétní body pro zlepšení současného stavu. Tyto konkrétní návrhy pro zvýšení efektivity a snížení potřebného času byly představeny ve čtvrté části včetně návrhu pro sledování a monitorování klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti a podmínek, které je nezbytné brát v potaz pro úspěšnou realizaci návrhů. Since the preparation of the automated warehouse solution offer has defined resources, a time limit and a defined scope, its nature can be perceived as a project and the process can therefore be effectively controlled by the rules of project management. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical basis of the issue, the second part deals with the current situation in the corporate and local environment of the selected company and the third part analyses the current state of management of this type of projects. On the basis of a detailed description of the process, the problems subsequently identified and the connections established with the help of a "fishbone" diagram, areas and specific points for improvement of the current state of affairs were identified with the graphical tool of force field analysis. These specific suggestions for increasing efficiency and reducing the time required were presented in the fourth section, including a proposal for tracking and monitoring key performance indicators and conditions that need to be taken into account for successful implementation of the suggestions.
