Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh prototypu postřikovací jednotky. Návrh kapalinového okruhu a konstrukce je v souladu s platnými legislativními požadavky pro daný typ profesionálního zařízení. V práci je popsána teorie a stroje pro postřikování s návrhem a výpočtem kapalinového okruhu. Dále je popsáno řešení konstrukce, návrh kinematiky a kontrola otočného rámu zařízení pomocí metody konečných prvků. Součástí práce je také výkresová dokumentace. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a prototype spray unit. The design of the sprayer fluid circuit and construction is in accordance with the applicable legislative requirements for the given type of professional equipment. The work describes the theory and machines for spraying with the design and calculation of the sprayer fluid circuit. Furthermore, the design solution, kinematics design and inspection of the rotating frame of the device using the finite element method are described. Part of the work is also drawing documentation.
