Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby části těla RC vrtulníku vyrobeného z hliníkového plechu o tloušťce 1 mm. Stanovená série je 200 000 kusů za rok. Po průzkumu vhodných metod produkce byla zvolena technologie postupové stříhání ve sdruženém nástroji. Na základě teoretických znalostí se navrhnul plán výroby s nejvyšší produktivitou. Nezbytnou součástí jsou také technologické a konstrukční výpočty sloužící jako podklad pro konstrukci nástroje a volbu lisu. This thesis deals with the production of manufacturing of the body part of an RC helicopter, made from aluminium sheet with a thickness of 1 mm. Set production series is 200 000 pieces per year. After researching suitable production methods, the technology of progressive stamping was chosen. Based on theoretical knowledge has been design a production plan with the highest productivity. Technological and design calculations serving as a basis for tools and press selection are also an essential part.
