Autor: Martin Dostál Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou paréza nervus peroneus Cíle: Získání teoretických a praktických znalostí o periferních parézách, zejména o periferní paréze nervus peronesus. Následné vypracování kazuistiky pacienta s vybranou diagnózou vytvořenou během konání souvislé odborné praxe a stanovení výsledků terapie. Metody: V obecné části se práce zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky o anatomii periferního nervového sytému, klinickém obrazu periferních paréz a fyzioterapeutických postupů v léčbě periferních paréz. Ve speciální části se práce zaměřuje na kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou paréza nervus peroneus a využití fyzioterapeutických metod v praxi. Výsledky: Pacient, který měl jedničkovou až nulovou svalovou sílu paretických svalů se po skončení terapií zlepšil na svalový stupeň číslo 2 dle Jandy. Došlo k znovu obnovení kloubní vůle v okolí nohy, hlezenního kloubu a bérce. Odstranění většiny reflexních změn v měkkých tkáních a protažení zkrácených svalů. Závěr: Díky spolupráci pacienta a praktikovaných fyzioterapeutických metod se podařilo zvýšit svalovou sílu bércových svalů. Fyzioterapie je nedílnou součástí při léčbě periferních paréz. Aims: Gaining theoretical and practical knowledge about peripheral paresis, especially peripheral paresis of the nervus peroneus nerve. Subsequent elaboration of case study of a patient with a continuous professional practice and determination of the results of theraphy. Methodology: In the general part, the work focuses on theoretical knowledge about the anatomy of the peripheral nervous system, the clinical image of peripheral paresis and physiotherapeutic methods in the treatment of peripheral paresis.The special part of the work focuses on the case study of a patient diagnosed with paresis of the peroneus nerve and use of physiotherapeuticmethods in practice. Results: The patient, who had zero to one muscular strenght of the paretic muscules, improved to muscule strenght nuber two according to Janda, after the end of the therapy. The joint clearance around the foot, ankle joint and lower leg was restored. Elimination of most reflex changes in soft tissues and stretching of shortened muscules. Conclusion: Thanks to the cooperation of the patient and practiced physiotherapeutic methods, it was possible to increase the muscular strenght of the lower leg muscules.
