Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním reálného podnikatelského plánu pro založení nové společnosti nabízející online investiční platformu. Práce je založena na teoretických východiskách, jenž slouží k vymezení prvotní myšlenky. Prověření prvotní myšlenky je pomocí marketingovým průzkumu s využitím metody Lean Canvas a dalších analýz. Návrhová část navazuje na výsledky analýz a rozpracovává jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan for the establishing a company offering an online investment platform. The thesis is based on theoretical background, which is used to define the initial idea. The verification of the initial idea is by marketing research, using the Lean Canvas method and other analyzes. The proposal part follows the results of analyzes and develops individual parts of the business plan.
