Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku rozvoje minipivovaru formou zprovoznění nové výrobní haly v Olomouckém regionu. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerše v oblasti pojetí problematiky řízení rozvoje a růstu firmy se specifikací řízení rodinných firem, rozhodováním o investici a popisem vybraných analytických metod, které jsou použity v další části. Analytická část se zaměřuje na dílčí zhodnocení v oblasti výběru vhodné lokality, zdrojů financování a dalších klíčových oblastí pro následný návrh a rozhodování v oblasti variant plánované investice do růstu firmy. Návrhová část obsahuje výběr a rozpracování zvolené investiční varianty do plánu implementace včetně zhodnocení možných rizik. This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of development of a craft brewery by opening a new production hall in the Olomouc region. The theoretical part includes literary research in the field of business development and growth management with focus on family business management, deciding on investments; and description of chosen analytical methods, which are used in the next part. The analytical part targets the partial evaluation in the selection of a suitable location, sources, finance and other key factors for the resulting design and the decision-making in various planned investments supporting the growth of a company. The design part consists of a selection and further elaboration of the chosen version of investment into the implementation plan including the evaluation of possible risks.
