Diplomová práce se zabývá možností zlepšení pracovních procesů ve společnosti působící ve Zlínském kraji. Převážná část produkce se skládá z výroby elektronických komponentů do automobilového průmyslu. Pro neustálý tlak na zlepšování výrobních procesů se autorka zaměřuje na pozorování pracovního dne zaměstnance na pozici skladník, obsluha manipulačních vozíků. Z materiálů získaných při provedeném pozorování byly navrženy možnosti zefektivnění procesů nutných k zachování plynulosti výroby. The thesis deals with the possibility of improving work processes in a company operating in the Zlín region. Most of the production consists of the production of electronic components for the automotive industry. For the constant pressure to improve the production processes, the author focuses on the observation of the working day of an employee in the position of Warehouseman, handling trolley operator. From the materials obtained from the observation conducted, ways of streamlining the processes necessary to keep the production flowing were suggested.
