Diplomová práce se zabývá použitím členu určitého u vlastních jmen v současné španělštině. V první části je vysvětleno rozdělení vlastních jmen a jejich vztahu k určitému členu. Používání určitého členu u osobních a zeměpisných vlastních jmen je popsáno v teoretické části. Ke studiu tohoto tématu bylo použito normativních gramatik a učebnic španělštiny českých a španělských autorů. Použití členu určitého u zkoumaných vlastních jmen dle jednotlivých autorů je shrnuto v textových tabulkách. Ve druhé části za pomoci korpusu CREA je zkoumáno použití členu určitého u vybraných zeměpisných vlastních jmen ve španělsky mluvících zemích. Byly vybrány názvy zemí z celého světa, u kterých není jednoznačné použití určitého členu. Poslední část je věnována rozboru dosažených výsledků. The thesis describes the usage of definite article with proper nouns in current Spanish language. Proper nouns distribution and their dependence of the definite article according to the grammar books and textbooks is explained in the first part. The proper nouns are divided into geographical and personal nouns and these two groups are classified into charts according to the usage of the definite article. The second part deals with the selective geographical nouns and their usage of definite article in Spanish speaking countries according to the corpus CREA. The achieved results are analysed in the last part.
