[cze][eng] Abstrakt Cílem ošetřovatelské péče je udržet člověka co nejdéle soběstačného, zlepšit kvalitu života, zajistit směr nebo životní program v psychických i sociálních aktivitách. Potřeba vzniká z pocitu nedostatku nebo přebytku v oblasti biologické, psychologické, sociální nebo duchovní. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění ošetřovatelské péče a potřeb nemocných v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných a v domácí péči z pohledu sester. Součástí práce bylo kvantitativní šetření pomocí dotazníků. Zúčastnilo se ho 64 sester z 6 oslovených LDN a 50 sester z 9 oslovených ADP. V bakalářské práci byli zjišťovány možnosti na poskytování zdravotní péče a možnosti na uspokojování nižších a vyšších potřeb. Stanoveny byly tři hypotézy. První hypotéza se zabývala sestrami z domácí péče, které zajišťují klientům komplexnější ošetřovatelskou péči. Výsledky šetření tuto hypotézu potvrdily. Sestry z domácí péče zajišťují současně odbornou zdravotní péči, nižší i vyšší potřeby. Sestry z LDN zajišťují nižší a vyšší potřeby méně než sestry z domácí péče. Druhá hypotéza se zabývala vlivem typu organizace na uspokojování potřeb klientů. Tato hypotéza byla na základě výsledků šetření potvrzena. Sestry v domácí péči mají více prostoru pro zajišťování potřeb, než sestry v LDN. Třetí hypotéza šetřila, zda sestry z domácí péče mají více prostoru k uspokojování vyšších potřeb než sestry v LDN. Tato hypotéza byla rovněž na základě výsledků potvrzena. Z šetření vyplynulo, že část sester pracujících v LDN má málo času na uspokojování nižších a vyšších potřeb. Bohužel nebyla výjimkou odpověď, že zajištění těchto potřeb není nutné, a i kdyby bylo, tak pro tuto péči není časový prostor. Přístup k ošetřovatelské péči a k potřebám nemocných prochází neustálým vývojem. Co dříve bylo dostačující, dnes již není. Domnívám se, že přínosem pro sestry by bylo doporučení, aby více využívaly vzdělávání. Aby si uměly uvědomit potřeby, které nemoci vznikají. Vždyť pokrývání těchto potřeb je součástí léčebného procesu. Vedoucím pracovníků léčeben pro dlouhodobě nemocné a agentur domácích péčí, bych doporučila zajistit více kvalitních kompenzačních pomůcek a moderního zdravotnického materiálu. Dále pak, aby zvážily počet ošetřujícího personálu na počet ošetřovaných klientů. Vždyť poskytování kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče, je cílem každé sestry. Abstract The objective of nursing care is to maintain an individual self-sufficient for as long as possible, to improve their quality of life and to provide orientation or life programme in psychical and social activities. A need arises from a feeling of insufficiency or excess in biological, psychological, social or spiritual fields. This thesis addresses the issue of provision of nursing care and satisfaction of patients{\crq} needs in sanatoriums and in home care from the view of nurses. The thesis comprised quantitative research made by means of questionnaires completed by 64 nurses from 6 addressed sanatoriums and 9 home-care agencies. The bachelor{\crq}s thesis attempted to ascertain opportunities for provision of health care and satisfaction of lower and higher needs. Three hypotheses were raised. The first hypothesis was focused on nurses providing home care and claimed that they provided their clients with more comprehensive nursing care. The results of the research have confirmed this hypothesis. Nurses from home-care agencies provide professional health care and satisfy lower and higher needs at the same time. Nurses working in sanatoriums satisfy lower and higher needs less than nurses providing home care. The second hypothesis addressed influence of the type of organization on satisfaction of clients{\crq} needs. This hypothesis has been confirmed by the results of the research. Nurses providing home care have more room to meet the needs than nurses working in sanatoriums. The third hypothesis concerned the question whether nurses providing home care have more room for satisfaction of higher needs than nurses in sanatoriums. This hypothesis has also been confirmed on the basis of the results. The research revealed that a part of nurses working in sanatoriums have little time for satisfaction of lower and higher needs. Regrettably, the answer that satisfaction of these needs is not necessary and even if it was, there would not be time for that was not exceptional. An approach to nursing care and patients{\crq} needs has been undergoing continuous development. What used to be sufficient in former times is not sufficient at present. I believe that it would be useful for nurses to recommend them making use of education to a larger extent. They should realize the needs arising from illnesses since satisfaction of these needs is a part of the therapeutic process. I would also recommend that heads of sanatoriums and home-care agencies should obtain more quality compensation equipment and modern medical supplies, and consider the number of nursing staff as compared to the number of treated clients since provision of quality nursing care is the aim of every nurse.
