[cze][eng] Téma mé práce ,,Možnosti zapojení edukační činnosti sestry ve veřejném zdravotnictví`` jsem si zvolila, protože edukace tvoří velkou část profesionální činnosti zdravotní sestry, je tedy podstatným aspektem ošetřovatelské praxe. Edukační proces nebo-li edukace je činnost, kdy se nějaký člověk učí a jiný mu učení umožňuje, tedy vyučuje. Probíhá v nějakém edukačním prostředí, což je dáno fyzikálními podmínkami (čekárna, speciální edukační místnost, školní třída apod.), dále přítomnými lidmi a jejich psychosociálními vztahy. Edukace pomáhá k naplnění preventivních cílů moderního ošetřovatelství. Způsob jak toho dosáhnout je v cílené primární péči, kdy se sestry zaměří na identifikaci zdravotních rizik a jejich následnou eliminaci s aktivním zapojením klienta do péče o sebe samotného s pomocí sestry a lékaře. Proto je důležité, aby sestra edukátorka byla dostatečně vzdělaná a mohla edukaci kvalitně provádět. Pro uskutečnění výzkumu v rámci mé bakalářské práce bylo použito kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, kdy byla použita metoda dotazování, technika dotazníku. Dotazník byl anonymní. Výzkumný soubor tvořily všeobecné sestry pracující v ambulantních zařízeních ve městech Jindřichův Hradec a České Budějovice. Tato práce si kladla za cíl zjistit možnosti využití role sestry edukátorky ve veřejném zdravotnictví. Byly stanoveny čtyři hypotézy. H1 zněla: Role sestry edukátorky je možné využít ve veřejném zdravotnictví. H2 Sestry mají zájem o uplatnění role sestry edukátorky ve veřejném zdravotnictví. H3 Sestry vnímají roli sestry edukátorky za podstatnou v systému veřejného zdravotnictví a H4 O roli sestry edukátorky má zájem vedení organizací systému veřejného zdravotnictví. Všechny čtyři hypotézy byly potvrzeny. Cíl práce byl splněn. Výzkum ukázal, že o edukaci mají zájem sestry, jejich nadřízení a také klienti. Edukace se tak stává zásadní pro veřejné zdravotnictví, které je povinné pružně reagovat na potřeby klientů. Práci je možné využít jako návod pro studenty i pracující sestry, jak vykonávat hodnotnou edukaci, jaké použít pomůcky, materiály a jak by měly správně vypadat. The present thesis named ``How feasible it is to integrate educational activities provided by nurses into public health care system{\crq}q is based on the fact that education comprises a huge part of nurses{\crq} professional lives which translates into an essential aspect found in nursing practice. Educational process or education is a type of activity which involves a man learning and a man teaching. It takes place in an educational environment defined by physical conditions (waiting room, special room for schooling, classroom, etc.), people present and their psychosocial relations. Education helps to meet preventive goals in modern nursing. To achieve this in targeted primary care, nurses must focus on identifying health risks which shall be consequently eliminated with active client{\crq}s participation in the nursing process alongside with the help provided by the nurse and doctor. Therefore it is essential for a nurse-educator to be well educated so that she can educate adequately and at high-quality level. The survey included in the thesis is based on a quantitative survey employing a method of asking questions listed in a questionnaire. The questionnaire was anonymous. The target group for such survey included general nurses working at clinics in Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice. The thesis tries to find out how feasible it is to integrate nurses-educators into the public health care system. Firstly, four hypotheses were defined. Hypothesis 1: The role of a nurse-educator is feasible to be incorporated into the public health care system. Hypothesis 2: Nurses are interested in incorporating the role of a nurse-educator into the public health care system. Hypothesis 3: Nurses see the role of a nurse-educator as an essential part of the public health care system. Hypothesis 4: Institutions involved in the public health care system are interested in nurses-educators. All four hypotheses proved correct. The target of the thesis was accomplished. The survey showed that education is in the common interest of nurses, their superiors, and clients as well. Education has become fundamental for public health care system which is required to meet flexibly demands of its clients. The thesis may be used as a guideline for students and working nurses so that they can perform efficient education using proper tools and materials which meet the required standards properly.
