Abstract: Properties, metabolism and environmental fate of estogens hormones, and their determination by chromatographic methods is presented is the theoretical part of the thesis.The experimental part deals with photochemical stability of 17{$\beta$}- estradiol UV irradiation and its determination using HPLC method.
