Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pracovní podmínky na pracovišti. Cílem je analyzovat jednotlivé oblasti pracovního podmínek a určit do jaké míry ovlivňují pracovní výkonnost. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a poté v metodologické části jsou využity k analýze a zjištění případných nedostatků. Návrhy na opatření k odstranění nedostatků jsou na závěr. The Graduation Theses is aimed at the working environemt. The main goil is to analyse sections of working environment in detail and establish how the work capacity is influence. In the theoretic part there are established fundamental term and these terms are used to analyse and find out some deficiences. Proposal arangements to avoid absences are in conclusion.
