Tato práce si klade za cíl analyzovat právní úpravu v oblasti nakládání s elektrozařízeními a s elektroodpady, speciálně i se solárními panely. Předmětem zkoumání je právní úprava evropská a z ní vycházející úprava česká. Těžiště práce představuje kapitola zabývající se životním cyklem elektrozařízení a subjekty zapojenými do životního cyklu elektrozařízení. Stěžejním zákonem je zákon č. 185/2001 Sb., o odpadech. The object of the research is European legislation from its follows Czech legislation.
