Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku jaterní cirhózy a ošetřovatelské péče o nemocného s touto diagnózou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních celků. První, tj. klinická část, se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií jater a vlastním onemocněním včetně diagnostiky, komplikací, možností léčby a obecné prognózy. Tato část obsahuje anamnestické údaje o klientu F.V., jeho stav při příjmu do nemocnice a průběh hospitalizace ode dne přijetí a po dobu mé péče o něj. První celek je zakončen prognózou nemocného. Druhá, tj. ošetřovatelská část, je věnována teorii ošetřovatelského procesu a ošetřovatelskému procesu u vybraného klienta. V závěru práce se nachází seznam použitých zkratek a literatury. Přílohu tvoří formulář ošetřovatelské anamnézy, formulář plánu ošetřovatelské péče a výsledky laboratorních vyšetření. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to lay out the problems concerning the liver cirrhosis and the nursing care procedure for a patient having the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. The Thesis is broken down into two main parts. The first i.e. clinical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the liver as well as with the disease of cirrhosis including its diagnostics, complications, possibilities of treatment and general prognosis. The part also includes the anamnestic data of the patient F. V., his condition at his reception to hospital and its development during the period I took over the care of him. The first part of the Thesis is concluded by outlining the prognosis of the patient. The second i.e. nursing part is dedicated to the theory of the nursing procedure and to the nursing procedure applied to the patient in question. In the end of the Thesis there is a list of the abbreviations and the list of literature quoted herein. The enclosure consists of the form of the nursing anamnesis, the form of the nursing care scheme and the results of laboratory examinations.
