[cze][eng] Domácí péče a její význam Domácí péče je formou zdravotní a sociální péče zaměřené na klienty, kteří by jinak byli hospitalizováni a je poskytována v jejich vlastních domovech. Na základě indikace ošetřujícího lékaře je plně hrazena zdravotními pojišťovnami. Vznik Domácí péče je spojován s prvopočátkem křesťanství, kdy se společně s ním rozvíjelo i charitativní ošetřovatelství. Svoji současnou podobu získávala Domácí péče v průběhu staletí, kdy ji ovlivňovaly významné historické události i ekonomická situace a reformy dané doby. Významnou měrou se na vývoji Domácí péče podílely řeholní řády a diakonky. V České republice došlo k výraznějším změnám v Domácí péči až s rokem 1990, kdy začaly vznikat první agentury domácí péče. Cílem komplexní Domácí péče je zajištění maximální dostupnosti, kvality a efektivnosti péče klientům. V současné době je Domácí péče zaměřena zejména na udržení a podporu zdraví, navrácení zdraví a rozvoj soběstačnosti, zmírňování utrpení u nevyléčitelně nemocných a zajištění klidného umírání. Ročně je poskytována statisícům klientům v přirozeném prostředí jejich domova. Cílem bakalářské práce {\clqq}Domácí péče a její význam`` bylo jednak zjistit skladbu klientů a rozsah péče agentur Domácí péče a zjistit, jaký význam vidí laická veřejnost v Domácí péči. Cíle práce byly splněny. Byly stanoveny čtyři hypotézy. Na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření u odborné veřejnosti je možné potvrdit první hypotézu: největší počet klientů Domácí péče tvoří dlouhodobě nemocní a potvrdit také druhou hypotézu: agentury Domácí péče poskytují péči o duševně nemocné. Na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření u laické veřejnosti je možné vyvrátit třetí i čtvrtou hypotézu: laická veřejnost neví, jaká jsou pozitiva Domácí péče a laická veřejnost neví, jaké jsou formy Domácí péče. K tématu {\clqq}Domácí péče a její význam`` byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum. Ke zjištění výsledků byla použita metoda dotazováním formou dotazníku. Respondenty tvořili jednak lidé z řad laické veřejnosti, kteří byli vybráni náhodným výběrem, kdy kritériem pro výběr byl věk nad 18 let a co nejširší spektrum věkových kategorií. Respondenty ve druhé části výzkumu byly sestry agentur domácí péče, které jsem vybírala náhodným způsobem v agenturách domácí péče ve Středočeském kraji, Praze, Brně a Českých Budějovicích. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit jako podklad k vytvoření komplexního informačního zdroje o Domácí péči, pokud se týká historie, charakteristiky, organizace, ale i poskytované péče pro laickou veřejnost, ale také pro veřejnost odbornou. Může sloužit k vytvoření informačních letáků, brožur a internetových stránek. Domácí péče je aktuálním tématem a přináší možnost uplatnění zejména u kvalitně informovaných laiků i odborníků. Home Care and its Importance Abstract Home care is the form of health and social care focused on the clients who would otherwise be admitted to hospital, and it is provided in their own homes. On the basis of physician ´s indication it is fully paid by health insurance companies. The origin of home care is linked with the beginning of Christianity, when charity nursing developed hand in hand with it. The current form of home care has been achieved in the course of centuries, when it was influenced by significant historical events, economic situation and reforms of particular period. Religious orders and deaconesses significantly participated in the development of home care. In the Czech Republic the situation in home care dramatically changed in 1990, when first agencies of home care started to originate. The aim of complex home care is to provide clients with maximum availability, quality and effectiveness of care. Currently the home care is focused especially on maintenance and support of health, recovery and the development of self sufficiency, easing the suffering in incurable patients and ensuring of restful dying. Every year it is provided to hundred thousands clients in natural environment of their homes. The aim of the thesis called Home Care and its Importance was to find out the structure of clients and the range of agency home care, and also to find out what importance is seen in home care by laic public. The aims of the thesis have been fulfilled. Four hypotheses were stated. On the basis of carried out questioning in experts it is possible to prove the first hypothesis: the highest number of home care clients is created by long-term ill. It is also possible to prove the second hypothesis: home care agencies provide the care of mentally ill. On the basis of carried out questioning in laic public it is possible to disprove the third and the fourth hypothesis: the laic public do not know about the positives of home care and the laic public do not know about the forms of home care. The quantitative research was carried out to the topic of Home Care and its Importance. The method of questioning using the form of a questionnaire was used to find out the results. The informants were created by randomly chosen people of laic public; the criterion for the choice was the age above 18 and the wide range of age groups. The informants of the second part of the research were the nurses of home care agencies, who were chosen randomly in home care agencies in Central Bohemian Region, Prague, Brno and České Budějovice. This thesis may serve as the basis for creation of complex information resource about home care regarding history, characteristics, organization and provided care for both laic public and experts. It may serve for creation of information leaflets, brochures and internet pages. Home care is an actual topic and brings the possibility of use especially for both informed laics and experts.
