Jakub Kok tejn, Ph.D. Cíle: Cílem práce je ov it ú innost krátkodobého interven ního programu pro rozvoj pohybové rychlosti u kategorie star ích ák (U15) ve fotbale. Metody: Výzkumný soubor zahrnoval hrá e fotbalu (star í áci) v kategorii U15 (n=12; 14,2±0,3 roku) z nejvy í ákovské kategorie. Pro ov ení interven ního ú inku byly pou ity rychlostní testy (sprint na 5, 10 a 30 metr , lunkový sprint 2x10 metr ). Data byla zpracována pomocí software IBM SPSS verze 22. Výsledky: U experimentální skupiny jsme nezjistili ádné významné zlep ení v posttestu u jednotlivých test po absolvování krátkodobé rychlostn zam ené intervence. Na základ zji t ných výsledk konstatujeme, e se nám v na í práci nepoda ilo ov it ú innost krátkodobého interven ního programu pro rozvoj pohybové rychlosti u hrá fotbalu v ákovské kategorii. Jakub Kok tejn, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to verify the effectiveness of a short-term intervention program for sprint speed development in young soccer players (U15). Methods: The research sample included soccer players (15 year old; n=12; 14,2±0,3 years) from the highest competitive level in the Czech Republic. For the interventional effect verification we used several sprint tests (sprint on 5, 10 and 30 meters, shuttle sprint 2x10 meters). Data analysis was performed by using IBM SPSS software version 22. Results: In the experimental group we did not found any significant improvement in the posttest in any individual tests after completion of the short-term speed-oriented intervention. Based on our results we note that we have failed to verify the effectiveness of the short-term intervention program for the sprint development in the young soccer players.
