Bakalářská práce se zabývá krizovými situacemi v životě dětí a mládeže a organizacemi, které jim v těchto situacích pomáhají. Dílčím cílem bylo zmapování nejčastěji se vyskytujících krizových situací a zjištění, zda zlínské děti vědí, kam se v případě nouze obrátit. Při práci jsem využila metod kvantitativních i kvalitativních. Zvolenou technikou u kvantitativního výzkumu byl dotazník pro děti a mládež, u kvalitativního výzkumu u odborných pracovníků jednotlivých organizací jsem použila techniku polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumem byla potvrzena hypotéza předpokládající, že děti a mládež ve městě Zlín jsou nedostatečně informováni o možnostech pomoci v případě krizové situace. Sociální pracovníci upozorňují, že je důležitá primární prevence {--} preventivní programy ve školách, na ulicích a v nízkoprahových zařízeních. Organizace ve Zlíně nabízí celou řadu primárních i sekundárních preventivních programů. Od volnočasových aktivit přes přednášky ve školách až po psychologické poradenství. Ty umožňují dětem získat větší rozhled, pokud jde o jejich práva a povinnosti, a získat jistotu pro případ, že se ocitnou v těžce řešitelné životní situaci. Výsledky výzkumu prokázaly, že zde ještě existuje značný prostor pro edukaci žáků základních škol v tomto směru. Zpracované výsledky byly předány odborným pracovníkům organizací, s nimiž byl veden rozhovor, a dále budou sloužit jako zpětná vazba pro jejich práci. Bakalářská práce může sloužit k přehodnocení efektivnosti programů pro žáky základních škol a může vést ke zvýšení počtu přednášek pořádaných pro žáky ve školách. The Bachelor thesis deals with crisis situations in the lives of children and young people, as well as with organizations that help them in such situations. Its partial aim was mapping the most frequent crisis situations and finding whether the children of the city of Zlín knew where to turn in the case of need. I made use of both quantitative and qualitative methods in elaborating the thesis. The technique chosen for the quantitative research was that of a questionnaire for children and young people; as to the qualitative research of professionals from organizations, I used the technique of semi-standardized interviews. The research confirmed the hypothesis that assumed that children and young people in the city of Zlín were informed insufficiently about the possibilities of help in the case of a crisis situation. Social workers warn that primary prevention is important {--} preventive programmes at schools, in the streets and in low-threshold facilities. Organizations in the city of Zlín offer a numer of both primary and secondary preventive programmes, from spare-time activities through lectures at schools up to psychological counselling. Such programmes enable children to gain better knowledge of their rights and duties as well as to acquire certainty in case they get into a hard-to-solve life situation. The results of the research proved that there was still considerable space for the education of primary school pupils in this respekt. The results processed were passed over to the professionals from thed organizations where the interview had taken place, and further they will serve as a feedback for their work. The Bachelor thesis may serve for re-evaluation of the effectiveness of programmes for primary school pupils and lead to an increase in numbers of lectures organized for the pupils at schools.
