(česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem informačních a komunikačních technologií na automatizaci knihovnických procesů a služeb a jejich aplikací s hlavním zřetelem na Krajskou vědeckou knihovnu v Liberci. V úvodních kapitolách je stručně popsán vývoj základních mezinárodních standardů pro zpracování dat a komunikačních sítí ve světě. Následují kapitoly o zavádění automatizovaných knihovnických systémů a sítí počátkem 90. let v českém knihovnictví, včetně projektů, které se na vzniku podílely. Hlavní zřetel je brán na vývoj automatizovaných knihovnických procesů a služeb v Krajské vědecké knihovně v Liberci od 90. let do konce roku 2010. S tím úzce souvisí parametry výběru a aplikace knihovního systému, včetně jeho specifik, interního využití knihovníky a externího využití uživateli. Externí využití knihovnického systému je zmapováno dotazníkovým průzkumem využívání online informačních zdrojů a služeb u registrovaných uživatelů. Závěrem jsou na základě aktuálních trendů shrnuty poznatky z oblasti aplikace informačních a komunikačních technologií v knihovnictví, včetně výhledu jejich využití do budoucna a doporučení na efektivnější využití jednotlivých online informačních zdrojů a služeb [Autorský abstrakt]. (English) The thesis examines the influence of information and communication technologies on the automation of library management processes and services as well as their applications, with a key consideration of the environment of the District Scientific Library of the city of Liberec. The introductory chapters briefly describe the development of basic international standards for data processing and communication networks in the world. The following chapters deal with the implementation of automated library management systems and networks in the Czech Republic in the early '90s, including accompanying projects that formed an inseparable part of the development. The development of automated library management processes and services in the District Research Library of the city of Liberec from the 90s till the end of 2010 becomes the core subject hereby examined. This is closely related to the parameters of the selection and application of the library management system, including the specific features thereof, as well as its internal utilization by librarians and its utilization by external users.
