Práce se zabývá psychologickými znaky funkčního manželství. Definuje funkční manželství a jeho funkce. Dále pak charakterizuje jednotlivé znaky funkčního manželství. Mezi tyto znaky patří: definování role muže a ženy v manželství a s tím související určení typu manželství; vzájemná očekávání mužů a žen od manželství; mýty spojené s manželstvím - uvědomování si a vyvarování se jich; utváření a naplňování manželské lásky; dohoda o čtyřech složkách manželství (domácnost, péče o dítě, finanční hospodaření, volný čas); harmonie mezi intimitou a osobní autonomií; manželská komunikace (umění komunikovat, zvládat principy konstruktivní hádky); manželská sexualita; trávení volného času; životní etapy manželství ( zvládání úkolů, které jednotlivé etapy přináší). This work focuses on psychological features of a functional marriage. It provides a definition of a functional marriage and its functions and aims. It also describes individual aspects of a functional marriage. These are: defining the roles of man and woman in a marriage and the type of marriage which is related to it; mutual expectations of men and women of their marriage; myths connected with marriage {--} considering and avoiding them; forming and fulfilling marital love; agreement on four components of a marriage (household, care of children, finances, leisure time); harmony between intimacy and personal autonomy; communication in marriage (communication skills, ability to manage a ´constructive argument´); sexuality in marriage; spending leisure time; life periods in marriage (completing the tasks of individual periods).
