Práce se zabývá diagnostikou sociálního klimatu školní třídy na prvním stupni základní školy.Teoretická část charakterizuje základní pojmy, které utvářejí sociální klima třídy:funkce školy, prostředí, klima a atmosféra školní třídy, pozitivní školní klima třídy, problémy v klimatu školní třídy a také metodiku šetření. Praktická část obsahuje empirický výzkum, který byl proveden v malotřídní základní škole. K výzkumu byl použit dotazník "My Class Inventory". U žáků byla zkoumána soutěživost, spokojenost,třenice ve třídě, obtížnost učení a soudržnost třídy. The work deals with the diagnostics of social climate of a classroom at Primary School. The theoretical part characterizes basic concepts, which form the social climate of a classroom: school role, environment, classroom climate and atmosphere, peculiarity of a teacher and pupils, positive classroom climate, problems in classroom climate and the methodology of investigation. The practical part contains an empirical research that was realised at one-room Primary School. ``My Class Inventory{\crqq} questionnaire was used in the research. We examined the level of competitiveness, satisfaction of pupils, frictions in the classroom, the difficulty of learning and classroom cohesion. Overall results have revealed that satisfaction and classroom cohesion are the highest values {--} these are very positive values, which represent a solid basis for further development of pupils.
