Název práce: Vnitřní konsistence vyšetřovacího setu klinických funkcí u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní a jeho korelace se stupněm neurologického postižení. Cíle práce: Cílem této práce je ověřit vnitřní konzistenci vyšetřovacího setu klinických funkcí u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní a jeho korelaci se stupněm neurologického postižení, který by komplexně a objektivně ohodnotil efekt fyzioterapie u nemocných s RS. Metoda: Vyšetřovací set klinických funkcí obsahuje známé, standardizované, v zahraničí validizované testy, které hodnotí funkce související s centrálními poruchami hybnosti zaměřené na klinické projevy RS (Low-contrast letter acuity testuje kontrastní vidění, Motricity Index hodnotí svalovou sílu, Modified Ashworth Scale spasticitu, Berg Balance Scale rovnováhu, Nine Hole Peg Test vyšetřuje jemnou motoriku, Timed 25 - Foot Walk hodnotí rychlost chůze na vzdálenost 7,5 m, Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test vyšetřující kognitivní funkce, rychlost zpracování zvukové informace, jednoduché početní dovednosti a schopnost koncentrace po dobu trvání testu. Do tohoto setu řadíme i vyšetření vzpřimovacích a rovnovážných reakcí, vyšetření dysdiadochokinézy, ataxie a test hodnotící kolenní zámek. Objectives: The aim of this work is to verify the internal consistency of Assessment set of clinical features in patients with multiple sclerosis and its correlation with the degree of neurological disability that would comprehensively and objectively judged effect of physiotherapy in patients with MS. Method: Clinical Examination set of functions includes well-known, standard and validated assessments that evaluate the function associated with the central movement disorders focusing on the clinical manifestations of RS (Low-Contrast Letter Acuity Test contrasting vision, Motricity Index assesses muscle strength, spasticity Modified Ashworth Scale, Berg balance Scale equilibrium, Nine Hole Peg Test investigate fine motor skills, Timed 25 - Foot Walk assess walking speed over a distance of 7.5 m, Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test investigates cognitive function, and auditory information processing speed, simple computational skills and ability to concentrate after the duration of the test.
