(česky): Tato práce se zabývá problematikou sourozeneckého incestu se zaměřením na vliv rodinného prostředí podporujícího vznik tohoto jevu. Teoretická část je nejprve věnována sexuálnímu zneužívání jakožto úvodní problematice k tématu sourozeneckého incestu, včetně definice, historie, základních charakteristik a možné typologie pachatele a oběti. Ve stejném duchu se teoretická část dále zaměřuje na incest jako na sexuální zneužívání v rodině, sdílející řadu společných charakteristik se sourozeneckým incestem. Posledním tématem teoretické části je obecný popis sourozeneckého incestu, zahrnující srovnání s incestem otce a dcery, možné následky, typologii pachatele a oběti a popis rodinného systému. V praktické části jsou diskutovány jednotlivé rodinné faktory, které přispívají ke vzniku sourozeneckého incestu. Diskuze každého faktoru vychází jak ze zahraniční literatury, tak z rozhovorů s českými odborníky. Na základě analýzy obou zdrojů lze tvrdit, že rodinné faktory přispívají ke vzniku sourozeneckého incestu, ale nejsou jediným činitelem, který se na rozvoji tohoto jevu podepisuje. (in English): This thesis focuses on the issue of sibling incest with special emphasis on the influence of family environment on its development. The theoretical part first discusses the topic of sexual abuse in general, since it is a main area covering the issue of sibling incest. This includes a definition, history, the key characteristics, and a description of the perpetrator and victim. In a similar vein, the theoretical part then covers the topic of incest as a sexual abuse within family, sharing many common characteristics with sibling incest. Finally, the theoretical part gives an overview of sibling incest, including a comparison with father-daughter incest, possible after-effects, a description of the perpetrator and victim, and a discussion of the family system. The empirical part provides a discussion of the individual family factors that contribute to the sibling incest development. This discussion is based on an analysis of foreign literature, as well as interviews conducted with Czech experts. Given the analysis of both sources, one can conclude that, overall, family factors contribute to the sibling incest development. However, they are not the only elements involved with this phenomenon.
