Resume Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Dělnickou stranou, která patří meZI extrémně pravicové politické strany. Její činy a výroky jejích čelních představitelů balancují na hraně zákona a často jsou až za ní. I když se Dělnická strana oficiálně prohlašuje za stranu demokratickou, její napojení na neonacistické skupiny svědčí o její antisystémovosti. V současné době Nejvyšší správní soud projednává vládní návrh na její zrušení. Tato diplomová práce se pokouší o komplexní pohled na Dělnickou stranu. První část, která poskytuje teoretickou základnu, se zabývá politickými stranami, vysvětlováním politické pravice a levice a charakteristikou ideologického základu extrémní pravice. Druhá část pojednává o samotné Dělnické straně. Zabývá se historií této strany od jejího vzniku v roce 2003 až do současnosti, analyzuje politický program strany a výroky jejích čelních představitelů a zkoumá napojení Dělnické strany na další subjekty extrémní pravice. 97 Resume This thesis is focused on an extreme right-wing party called Workers Party. Its actions and proclamations of its leaders are often on the very fine line between what is legal and illegal. Although labelled as a democratic party, its connections to neonacist groups imply its tendency to opose the system as such. The Supreme Administrative Court is currently hearing a case based on the goverrnental proposal to abolish this party. This thesis offers a complex analysis of the Workers Party. The theoretical first part analyses political parties, explains the view points of subject on the right and left wing and characterises the ideological viewpoint of the extreme right-wing parties in particular. The second part is focused on the Workers Party as such. The overview of the history of this party since its foundation in 2003 up to now is followed by my analysis of its political program and of its leaders' proclamations. Further, there is an examination of the Workers Party's connection to other extreme right wing subjects. 97
