Využití psychologie při vyšetřování trestných činů se zaměřením na psychologické profilování a psychologii výslechu Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá některými formami využití forenzní psychologie ve vyšetřovací praxi. Forenzní psychologie představuje podobor psychologie zabývající se jejím využitím v právu. V této práci jsou popsány základní historické milníky tohoto oboru. Dále je popsáno zakotvení právních institutů umožňujících využití tohoto oboru v praxi. Po tomto uvedení do problematiky je zbývající část diplomové práce věnována vybraným formám využití forenzní psychologie v praxi. Konkrétně se jedná o psychologické profilování a psychologii výslechu. Psychologické profilování je novější metodou, která na základě nalezených důkazů vytváří předpokládaný profil pachatele. Ten zpravidla obsahuje údaje o pohlaví, věku, možném zaměstnání nebo o sociální integraci pachatele. Profil může být také zaměřený na geografické rozvržení míst spáchaných deliktů a na základě nich je pak určená oblast pravděpodobného bydliště pachatele. V části věnované tomuto oboru jsou popsány obě tyto varianty. Je zde také popsán historický vývoj tohoto oboru a některé ze studií jemu věnovaných, které v průběhu let byly realizovány. Abstract This paper deals with some forms of usage of forensic psychology in investigative practice. Forensic psychology is subfield of psychology that deals with its usage in law practice. This paper describes historical milestones in this field. Furthermore, this thesis describes legal institutes that enable the use of forensic psychology in practice. After this introduction, the remaining part of the thesis is dedicated to selected forms of practical usage of forensic psychology. Specifically, these forms are criminal profiling and psychology of interviewing. Criminal profiling is a newer method that, based on the evidence found, creates presume profile of the offender. This profile usually contains data on the offender's age, gender, possible employment, and social integration of the offender. The profile can also focus on geographical distribution of crime scenes and based on them the profile can determine the area of probable home residence of the offender. Both these variants are described in section dedicated to criminal profiling.
