[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce shrnuje základní informace o zdravém životním stylu a věnuje se jeho problematice. Zabývá se kategoriemi, které se týkají zdravého životního stylu a prezentuje současné vědecké poznatky a doporučení v této oblasti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblasti životního stylu. Zabývá se faktory ovlivňujícími zdraví člověka a jejich rozdělením z hlediska jejich důležitosti . Zejména se zaměřuje na čtyři hlavní prvky, jimiž jsou: výživa, kouření, stres, konzumace alkoholu a užívání drog. Tyto faktory jsem zvolila, protože jsou nejvíce spojeny s lidským rozhodnutím a tím pádem jsou tedy více závislé na lidské vůli. Nejprve se zabývám stravou, zejména jejím optimálním složením a vlivem na zdraví. Dále se zaměřuji na stres a na jeho psychické a fyzické dopady na člověka. V závěru teoretické části se zabývám tím, jaký má vliv kouření, konzumace alkoholu a užívání drog na lidský organismus. V praktické části jsou pak prezentovány výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na výše zmíněnou problematiku. Výzkumná část práce, realizovaná formou dotazníku, se věnuje stravě, kouření, pohybu a celkové péči o zdraví lidí, pracujících v Jihočeském kraji. Výzkumem jsem zjistila, že ženy se více zajímají o svůj životní styl než muži, avšak investují do něj spíše čas, zatímco muži převážně peníze. Výzkum dále dokládá, že u lidí se základním vzděláním je vyšší procento kuřáků než u lidí s vyšším vzděláním. V oblasti stravy jsem se zaměřila na rozdíl mezi stravovacími návyky mužů a žen. Zjistila jsem, že ženy se obecně stravují zdravěji než muži a to zejména proto, že se o kvalitu stravy více zajímají, na rozdíl od mužů kteří se o kvalitu stravy příliš nestarají. Má práce tedy ukazuje, jak lidé pracující v Jihočeském kraji dbají o své zdraví, a jak řeší nebo neřeší svůj životní styl. The bachelor thesis summarizes the basic information about healthy lifestyle and it deals with this issue. It presents categories regarding healthy lifestyle and it presents the current scientific findings and recommendations in the area. The theoretical part is aimed at areas of lifestyle. It deals with the factors affecting human health and their division with regards to their importance. It aims particularly at the four main elements, which include: nutrition, smoking, stress, alcohol drugs abuse. I selected the factors as they related to human decisions the most and that is why they are more dependent on human will. First of all I am dealing with nutrition, particularly its optimum composition and effect on health. I further focus on stress and its mental and physical impacts on people. At the end of the theoretical part I am dealing with the question what the impact of smoking and alcohol and drugs abuse is on the human body. In the practical part, the research results are presented, focused on the issue above. The research part of the thesis realized in form of a questionnaire deals with nutrition, smoking, physical activity and health care in general in people working in the South-Bohemian Region. During the research I found out that women are more interested in their lifestyle than men, but they rather invest time while men mostly invest money. The research further documents that in people with elementary education there is higher percentage of smokers than in people with higher education. In the area of nutrition I focused on the difference between nutritional habits of men and women. I found out that women's diet is usually healthier that that of men, mainly because they are more interested in the nutrition quality, compared to men who do not care for the nutrition quality much. Therefore my thesis shows how people working in the South-Bohemian Region care fore their health and how they are interested in their lifestyle.
