[eng][cze] In this thesis, we present information on the effect of glycopyrronium and tiotropium on tight junctions in the blood-brain barrier. We also studied transport of these substances through an in vitro model of blood-brain barrier. Using ELISA method, we confirmed the effect of glycopyrronium on the expression of ocludin, ICAM-1 and claudine-1 and the effect of tiotropium on the expression of claudine-1. By transport studies across the ECV304 cell monolayers, we conclude that both substances have the potential to migrate through the blood-brain barrier.V této diplomové práci prezentujeme informace o vlivu glykopyronia a tiotropia na těsné spoje hematoencefalické bariéry. Dále jsme se zabývali transportem těchto látek přes in vitro model hematoencefalické bariéry. Metodami ELISA jsme potvrdili vliv glykopyronia na expresi okludinu, ICAM-1 a claudinu-1 a vliv tiotropia na expresi claudinu-1. Transportními studiemi přes buněčné monovrstvy ECV304 jsme došli k závěru, že obě sledované látky mají potenciál přestupovat hematoencefalickou bariéru.
