[cze][eng] Název: Analýza tréninkové přípravy dětí a mládeže Cíle: rozbor tréninkového deníku sestaveného sledováním tréninkových jednotek z hlediska využívání metodicko-organizačních a sociálně interakčních didaktických forem, správně zvoleného obsahu a struktury tréninkové jednotky Metody: v této práci bylo využito sledování a pedagogické hodnocení pomocí obsahové analýzy tréninkového deník Výsledky: Tým během sledování absolvoval 38 tréninkových jednotek. V 33 z 38 tréninkových jednotkách vybraná cvičení svých zaměřením odpovídala stanovenému cíli. Metodicko-organizační formy byly využívány téměř v obráceném poměru, než je doporučený poměr. Nejvíce využívanou formou v tréninku byla průpravná cvičení. Využívání sociálně interakčních forem se odvíjelo od počtu asistentů, které měl trenér k dispozici. Když měl k dispozici asistenty tak v tréninku převládala skupinová forma a když neměl tak využíval hromadné formy. The goal of the unit was matched with picked drills in 33 of 38 cases. The methodical- organization forms were used in almost reverse rate, than the recommended rate is. The most used forms were games. The using of social interaction forms depended on number of assistants, which coach had available. If the coach has available the assistants, the group form was dominate in training and if he has not, he used the mass form. .
