Bakalářská práce se zabývá uceleným systémem rehabilitace v péči o děti s těžkým kombinovaným postižením. Dílčím cílem bylo zmapování tohoto problému v centru ARPIDA, o.s. v Českých Budějovicích, které poskytuje služby v tomto duchu. Výzkumem byla potvrzena hypotézu č.1. předpokládající, že při aplikaci uceleného systému rehabilitace je nezbytná úzká spolupráce zainteresovaných odborníků s rodiči dítěte s postižením. Potvrzena byla též hypotéza č. 2. tvrdící, že základem komplexní péče v duchu uceleného systému rehabilitace o děti s těžkým kombinovaným postižením je léčebná tělesná výchova, konkrétně {--} reflexní Vojtova metoda. Léčebné působení je záležitostí dlouhodobou a týmovou a jak bylo potvrzeno výzkumem, rodiče jsou integrální součástí tohoto týmu. Výsledky výzkumu prokázaly spokojenost rodičů s činností centra ARPIDA, včetně možnosti spolupráce s odbornými pracovníky tohoto centra. Dle mého názoru zde vzniká značný prostor i pro vhodnou edukaci rodičů dítěte s těžkým zdravotním postižením při řešení nelehkého úkolu péče o jejich dítě. Práce může sloužit jako studijní materiál pro zájemce o výkon pomáhajících profesí. The bachelor work investigates the integral rehabilitation system of care for children with a severe complex handicap. A partial aim of the work was to map out this problem in the ARPIDA Centre, a.c. in České Budějovice which provides services in this field. The research proved hypothesis no. 1 which presumes that when applying an integral rehabilitation system, close cooperation between interested professionals and the parents of a handicapped child is necessary. Hypothesis no. 2 was also proved. It states that the basis for complex care of children with severe complex handicap within the integral rehabilitation system is therapeutic physical education, especially the Vojta{\crq}s reflex method. Therapy is a long term and team effort and, as proven by the research, the parents are an integral part of the team. The results of the research proved the parents´ satisfaction with the activities of ARPIDA centre, including the opportunity to cooperate with professionals working at the centre. In my opinion there is also significant room for appropriate education for parents of children with a severe handicap with regards to the difficult task of caring for their children. This work can be used as study material for those interested in work in helping professions.
