Práce se věnuje moderním logistickým metodám při řízení zásob v podniku, zaměřuje se především na metody VMI a kanbanu. Práce také analyzuje využití těchto metod v podniku Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o. Na závěr jsou navržena doporučení pro tuto společnost. The thesis is devoted to the modern logistic methods in the inventory management of a company, it focusses mainly on the VMI and kanban methods. The thesis analyses also the use in the company Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o. The recommendations for this company are put forward at¨the end of the thesis.
