V diplomové práci je navržen franchisingový systém a strategie pro společnost Jazykový Institut Praha, s.r.o. Návrh vychází z teoretických poznatků uvedených v odborné literatuře, z analýzy trhu jazykových služeb a jeho výhledu do budoucna a také z historického vývoje společnosti, její současné situace a záměrů majitelů společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. První část je teoretická, druhá analytická a třetí část obsahuje vlastní návrhy a doporučení. The diploma thesis contains a proposal of a franchising system and strategy for the company Jazykový Institut Praha, s.r.o. The proposal is based on theoretical findings stated in specialized literature, analysis of the language services market and its outlook into the future, and also on the historical development of the company, its current situation and intentions of the company owners. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical, the second analytical and the third contains the actual proposals and recommendations.
