Teoretická část podává informace o kineziologii horní končetiny, klasifikaci zlomeniny a její terapii. Další část práce je věnována vyšetření ramenního pletence fyzioterapeutem, rehabilitačnímu plánu a stěžejní metodice S-E-T konceptu. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití prvků S-E-T konceptu v rámci rehabilitace zlomeniny proximálního humeru. Terapie se zúčastnily dvě pacientky, na kterých byly aplikovány prvky výše zmíněné metodiky v aparátu Redcord. The theoretical part gives the information about the kinesiology of the upper limb, classification of fracture and its therapy. Another part deals with the examination of the shoulder girdle by physiotherapist, rehabilitation plan and the S-E-T concept. The practical part is focused on the use of S-E-T elements within the concept of rehabilitation. Two patients took part in this method of the therapy, which was applied in the apparatus Redcord.
