Pomocí biologických metod a redistribuční fluorescenční sondy diS-C3(3) byl v této práci zkoumán vliv látek významných pro medicínu na kvasinky Saccharomyces Cerevisiae AD1-3. Tento kmen byl charakterizován růstovou křivkou. Studium vlivu látek s rozdílným mechanismem účinku bylo prováděno fluorescenční metodou měření barvicích křivek. Tyto výsledky byly dále doplněny výsevovými testy. Konkrétně byl stanoven vliv těchto látek: (1) dvou sloučenin ze skupiny cytokininů - olomoucinu a roskovitinu, které inhibují aktivitu kináz klíčových při buněčném dělení, (2) nanokompozitů Ag-vermikulitu a (3) tetrabutyltinu, jejichž vliv je významný pro životní prostředí, (4) antimykotika clotrimazolu a (5) antibiotika chloramfenikolu. Using biological methods and redistribution fluorescent dye diS-C3(3) we estimated the effect of chemicals which are important for medicine on the yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae AD1-3. This yeast strain was characterized by the growth curve. These results were supplemented by plating test. We specified the influence of the following chemicals: (1) olomoucine and roscovitine - cytokinin derivatives which inhibit the kinase activity, (2) Ag-vermiculite nanocomposites and (3) tetrabutyltin, which are important for the environment, (4) the antifungal agent clotrimazole and (5) the antibiotic chloramphenicol.
