Tato bakalářská práce je prezentována ve formě vědeckého projektu. V této práci byla zhodnocena nová metoda v boji proti obtížnému vodnímu květu, způsobeným sinicí Microcystis ve sladkovodních rezervoárech. Tato metoda využívá provzdušňování sedimentu v zimních měsících a účinně redukuje množství zimujících kolonií Microcystis. Tato práce zahrnuje popis životního cyklu sinice Microcystis a stručně srovnává stávající používané metody. This bachelor thesis is presentd in a form of a scientific project. A new method against the nuisance water bloom caused by the cyanobacterium Microcystis in freshwater reservoirs is discussed. This method employs the aeration of reservoir sediments in winter months, which efficiently reduces the amount of overwintering colonies. Presented work includes the description of Microcystis life-cycle and a brief comparison of existing methods.
