Komerční software Pro ezGC byl použit pro výpočet optimálního teplotního programu měření isobutylesterů perfluorovaných organických kyselin (C6 až C12) na plynovém chromatografu s plamenově ionizačním detektorem. Optimalizace byla provedena z hlediska dosažení úplného rozlišení všech píků analytů. Vypočtený teplotní program byl také použit pro měření stejných látek na GC-MS. Vypočtené a naměřené hodnoty byly srovnány, přičemž se ukázalo, že prakticky dosažená rozlišení jsou vyšší než ta vypočtená. Optimization was done with respect to the complete resolution of all peaks of analytes. The calculated temperature program was also applied to the analysis of substances of interest on GC-MS. The calculated and measured values have been compared. The measured resolutions were higher than the calculated ones in all cases.
